Then, he will utilize the skills he learned when he practiced real estate law to negotiate the Contract for Purchase for the lowest price and with terms that are most favorable to you..
A smooth, trouble-free experience
Once your offer is accepted, Alan will pilot the purchase for the rest of the flight. He will (a) help you secure financing, (b) arrange for the physical inspection of the home, (c) arrange for a title search, title insurance and a survey, (d) handle the paperwork, and (e) keep you fully informed of the sale status and answer all of your questions along the way.
